The Impact of Energy

We are all made of energy, and in turn require energy in the form of food, air and water for sustenance and good health. We also need to live in an environment and think thoughts made up of positive vibrational energy to live our potential.

The law of karma is forever at work in our lives, in many cases without us even realising it. Energy is no different. Positive energy in the form of our thoughts, words and actions result in a positive reality and vice versa.

Our energy affects both our vibration and wellbeing as demonstrated so powerfully in Dr. Masaru Emoto’s research which revolutionized the idea that our thoughts and intentions impact the physical realm. Emoto believed that water is a blueprint for our reality and that emotional energies and vibration can change the physical structure of water.

Using Magnetic Resonance Analysis Technology and capturing the high speed photographs, Dr. Emoto demonstrated how the molecular structure in water transforms into an aesthetically pleasing formation when exposed to loving and compassionate human words, thoughts, sounds, visualisation and intention. The frequency at which our body resonates can also impact our health. A healthy body resonates at a frequency of 62-70 MHz, and when our frequency drops to 58 MHz, bacteria, viruses, and disease negatively impact our energy field. Everything around us has either a high or low vibration and can affect us directly. It comes as no surprise to most that raw, organic, live, nutritious food is of a high vibration, while processed or dead food has a much lower vibration which in turn directly impacts the body’s ability to thrive and heal.

We can raise our vibration and better connect to ourselves and nature by making some changes in our lifestyle and setting some boundaries. Eating highly-nutritious energetic foods, cultivating a regular yoga practice, making the time for meditation, getting outside into nature, removing yourself from toxic people or situations and eliminating unhealthy thoughts is a great place to start!
