Sunlight Power


At least 1/2 hr to 1 hr of direct sunlight a day is recommended for the body to produce proper hormonal levels and assist alkaline-acid balance. Lack of natural sunlight will result in disorders of the nervous system and a Vit D deficiency, a weakening of the bodys defences, and an aggravation of chronic diseases. Recommended before 10.30am and after 330pm are the best times of the day for "therapeutic sunbathing". Clear bright sunlight provides strong support for the many immune responses involved in Health Detox Retreat and healing.
