- 2 litres pure water
- 1 tsp celtic sea salt
- 5 slices ginger root
- 2 carrots, finely chopped
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 115g cabbage, finely chopped
- 175g spinach, finely chopped
- 225g pumpkin, finely diced
- 1 squash, finely chopped
- 5 shitake mushrooms, finely sliced
- Kombu
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
Method:
Bring to boil reduce & simmer for at least 2 hours and let cook intil liquid is halfed. Line a colander with a muslin cloth and strain liquid. Discard the vegetable pulp, drink either with meals or in between. Enjoy!
